Reverse osmosis

For applications with high requirements for wash results and spotless drying which consume large quantities of water having a high total salt content, the process of reverse osmosis is available as a cost-effective water treatment system. There are no "consumables" such as VE cartridges. For regular care and maintenance of a long service lifetime, we offer the user appropriate service agreements.

The RoMatik 150 produces, with a yield (permeate / concentrate ratio) of 50%, up to 99% demineralised water (permeate) - you won't see any traces on cutlery or glass. Prefilters and fine filters are exchanged semiannually. This protects the membrane which does the actual work. And that means your RoMatik will be working just as hard for years.

The RoMatik 160 has an integrated 30-liter storage tank and produces at least 160 l of permate per hour.
The RoMatik 210 has an integrated 80-liter storage tank and produces at least 210 l of permate per hour.
The RoMatik 420 has an integrated 80-liter storage tank and produces at least 420 l of permate per hour.
These units are equipped with a conveyor pump with a power of 1,200 l/hr and 3 bar.
For emergency operation, the system is equipped with a bypass function, ensuring that you can continue to use the dishwashing machine.

The units should be operated with water softened to GH = 0° dH. Then their yield will be about 75-80%.
If the units are operated with GH up to 1 - 10° dH, the yield sinks to 50%.
If the units are operated with GH up to 11 - 25° dH (maximum), the yield sinks to 40%.
