The UC Series of under counter dishwashers from Winterhalter adapt to your wishes. Because every pub or restaurant has its own character and its very own requirements, from the wash items to the available space. The revolutionary concept of the UC Series makes Winterhalter the first supplier to take this into account. The dream machine can be customised by using the following three steps:

Four types for different applications with up to three standard programmes:

Please fix the size of your warewasher now. All 4 types (dishwasher, glasswasher, bistro washer, cutlery washer) exist in 4 sizes:

  • S = small
  • M = medium
  • L = large
  • XL = extra large

Step 3:

Please decide for one of the following equipment options:

  • Energy (Attention: Modification of the size)
  • Cool (Glasses)
  • effect Glasses / effect Dishes
  • Integrated water softener
  • Rack equipment
  • etc.

Further options: All dishwashing machines of the UC Series can be adapted to match the style and furnishings of the restaurant/kitchen using one of the design fronts. Just click on the designs!
The UC Series is now available with a glass door and blue inside lighting. This turns the UC into an optical highlight in the counter area of bars, lounges and discotheques.
