Winterhalter cup and cutlery racks have a finely meshed base. Different rack heights allow optimum compatibility with different products. The characteristic feature of these racks is that they are not subdivided and can therefore be filled as required. Winterhalter recommends: Wash cutlery standing up in cutlery holders to achieve sparkling clean results. Mix up different cutlery pieces together in each of the cutlery holders, as too many identical pieces will result in overlaps and prevent proper cleaning.
