Dosing system

To get the very best dishwashing results, you need to choose not only the right machine, a matching water treatment system and the right sort of detergent and rinse aid, but also the right dosage of detergent and rinse aid – continuously.

A uniform, constantly adequate dosage of detergent and rinse aid is only possible with an automatic dosing system, whether built in or external.

Adding detergent by hand depends entirely on the care taken by the staff and thus can quickly and easily become prone to mistakes. This method should only be chosen in exceptional cases.

The Winterhalter GS 202 and GS 215 glasswashers, as well as the GS 402 Bistro dishwasher, all have built-in detergent and rinse aid dosage systems as a standard feature to ensure uniform doses of detergent and rinse aid and thus to ensure that dishes, glasses and other ware are washed hygienically clean. Since they require relatively small doses, these machines also have built-in detergent and rinse aid containers. The dosimeter on the machines signals the user in due time when the containers will be empty.

The GS 302 and GS 315 front-loading dishwashers, as well as the GS 502 and GS 515 rack pass-through dishwashers, not only have a built-in rinse aid dosing system as a standard feature, but also the option of either a built-in or an external detergent dosing system.

External dosing systems are expressly recommended for utensil washers and multi-tank dishwashers, since these machines require larger doses, which are moreover often taken from bulk containers.
